Mark your calendars! The big day is set for November 1, 2025. Full details, including venue location and timing, are available on our RSVP page.
Yes! Plus-ones are welcome, but they must be noted on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. Make sure to add their name when you submit your response!
We love little ones, but this is an adults-only affair. Please arrange for childcare and prepare for a night of unforgettable moments, cocktails, and dancing!
We’re embracing fall elegance with a touch of bold romance. Think deep navy, rich burgundy, emerald greens, warm browns, and gold accents. Formal or semi-formal attire is encouraged.
Since we’re embracing the season, expect cool, crisp autumn air with a cozy, romantic vibe. We will have heaters, but you may want to bring a chic wrap, shawl, or tailored coat to stay warm while looking stunning.
Our wedding takes place halloween weekend, and the city will be extra busy—think crowds, a few road closures, etc. If you’re not staying at the hotel, be sure to allow yourself plenty of time to arrive at the venue stress-free.
For our out-of-town guests, we recommend Doubletree by Hilton Charlotte city center. Say our names for exclusive rates and booking details.
Valet parking is available for guests in the hotel’s parking garage. Just pull up, drop off, and let them handle the rest.
Yes! Guests can stay at the hotel at a discounted rate. When booking, be sure to mention Autumn & Jacob’s wedding and use the special booking link: Reserve Your Room Here
If you're grabbing a ride, Ubers will be picking up on the right side of the hotel. Follow signs or ask the front desk if you need help locating the pickup area.
Yes! There’s a light rail station directly behind the hotel that’s convenient and easy to use if you're not driving. Perfect for locals and out-of-towners alike.
Your presence is the best gift, but if you’d like to contribute to our honeymoon fund. The link is available on the Honeymoon Fund page!
We’ve got you covered! Feel free to reach out to Autumn if you need anything else.
